Local Delivery:
- We offer free local delivery to the following postcodes:
- OX18 1, 2, 3
- OX28 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6
- Please allow up to 3 working days for local delivery. We'll contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time.
Standard Delivery Evri:
- For deliveries outside our local area, we use Evri as our courier services.
- Delivery times will vary depending on the courier and your location. You'll receive tracking information to monitor your parcel's progress.
- Please allow 2 working days for us to process and dispatch your order for delivery.
Dispatch Times:
- We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receiving payment.
- Please note that dispatch times may be longer during busy periods or for custom orders.
Delivery Address:
- Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information.
Delivery Issues:
